The Evolution of Southwest Process Controls

Southwest Process Controls Instrumentation Valves

For over 12 years, Southwest Process Controls has built a strong reputation on delivering high-quality fluid system control products. When we first started business in May 2002, we were the exclusive distributor of Hy-Lok products for the Houston area. Today, we are a leading supplier that represents a number of respected companies in Texas. We attribute our success over the years to our commitment to quality, customer service and innovation.

As a Hy-Lok distributor, Southwest Process Controls supplied customers with premium instrument valves and fittings. While our initial territory was limited to Houston, we have since expanded our reach to all of Texas. Only a few months later, in October 2002, we added Ogontz to our lineup. Since then, a number of other manufacturers have entrusted us with their products, including Anderson Greenwood, Concoa, and Neon Controls. Southwest Process Controls now supplies various brands of tubing, gauges, regulators and much more.

Our growth and evolution can be credited to our focus on customer service and our inventory. We take great care to maintain a large inventory with a large mix of products. This enables us to ship products on the same day that an order is placed, ensuring timely deliveries and satisfied customers. We also set ourselves apart by our willingness to stock products of various alloys, including Inconel 825, Inconel 625, Alloy C276, and others. Our versatile inventory has opened the door for us at many of the major companies in the industry.

Southwest Process Controls continues to invest in new facilities and technology to facilitate further growth. In January 2014, we moved into a brand new building located in the same business park as our previous building. This larger facility allows us to expand our warehouse to accommodate the best possible stock of inventory, so that we can continue to provide excellent service to the industry. We also implemented a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system to improve our business management and better serve our customers.

At Southwest Process Controls, we’re proud of the success that we have achieved in the past 12 years. We are confident in our stock of excellent products and strive to improve our facilities and inventory to meet the changing needs of the industry. In the future, we hope to increase our reach and stock of high-quality process controls.
